Fly Fishing Guide Rates for Kayak Trips
Single-person kayak trips are available in winter and spring for baby tarpon on fly. These rugged trips require good physical condition and familiarity with navigating close to large alligators. Half-day trip: $300.00 (kayak supplied) or $200.00 (you supply your own, must be lightweight and silent).
The Skiff
The Dragonfly Emerger skiff is a lightweight, technical poling skiff that accommodates one angler and myself. Powered by a 2024 Yamaha Four-Stroke 30 hp Tiller, it’s fuel-efficient and cost-effective. Built by Mark Castlow in Vero Beach, it’s a reliable choice for navigating the waters.
